logic model (also known as a logical framework, theory of change, or program matrix) is a tool used most often by managers and evaluators of programs to evaluate the effectiveness of a program. Logic models are usually a graphical depiction of the logical relationships between the resources, activities, outputs and outcomes of a programme. See LOGIC Model

Indicators are measures which permit organisations to ascertain the degree to which identified outcomes are being achieved; they provide information on the status of a situation or event with a view to improving a situation. To be useful, an indicator must really be a test of what you want to find out about. It must also be something you can collect information about consistently.
